Payment
Ideally, payment is to be made within 10 days of closing of auction to ensure the best customer service. But we are flexible, if you would like to continue to shop or need an extension please contact us.

Shipping
Shipping & Handling is to be paid by winning bidder which is determined by the shipping calculator based on address. Price includes packaging & delivery confirmation. All items are well packaged before shipped. Shipping options include (but are not limited to) USPS Priority, Parcel and UPS Standard, Ground, Expedited. Lower shipping available by shipping USPS First Class Mail at our discretion. We ship to the United States and all items ARE AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT. Shipping can be combined on all purchases! Contact us for details. Insurance is not required but recommended. Once the package leaves our hands we can not be held responsible for handling. If package arrives damaged, the buyer must file a claim be filed with USPS. Items will be shipped out 24-48 hours after payment (unless vacation settings are displayed). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery within US and 14-21 days for delivery outside the US.

Terms of Sale
All store items are subject to availability as the items are also featured in store. If an item is purchased and unavailable the buyer will be contact immediately, the transaction cancelled, and a full refund processed. If you have any problems with your items, please contact us within 1 day of delivery confirmation for a RMA#. Once the item is received either a replacement (if possible), refund or credit will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The purchase price and handling fees(excluding shipping fees) will be refunded.
